    Hello pastorsearchncbf,

If I understand your question correctly, you want to display PDF document within in your form. Is that correct?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You should add "PDF Embedder" widget in your form and provide the file URL. It will display the PDF document within the form.

I am not sure if I have understood your second question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to add a hyperlink to another website in your form as well? Since we cannot answer multiple question in one thread, I have moved your question to a new thread and you will be answered here:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/434135

    Thank you!
