How are we suppose to submit a request if we are locked out?
I am needing my account unlocked. -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are an Enterprise user, you should have a dedicated Support Team that you could reach out to through email. If you are not able to reach out to your Support Team, please share with us the email address/username of your Enterprise account so that we can forward it to the relevant team.
