This is my 2nd email asking about this.  I got this email:

You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Tuesday at 12pm EST

I never requested ssl.  How did this happen?  I would like to know for the future, as I am doing this for a nonprofit piano teacher organization.  However, I'm glad to pay 9.95 because your program is amazing and your help is wonderful.

Let me please inform you, that each form can be accessed through regular HTTP connection and SSL-encrypted HTTPS connection. There is a link to our guide about SSL submissions:

How can I receive SSL Submissions?

In case you enabled a 'secure form' option and copied secure HTTPS form link or embed code, then you got the SSL version.

    Example:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/42498774643166 (regular form URL)

    and

    https://secure.jotform.us/form/42498774643166 (SSL form URL)

If the form is embedded somewhere, you can check the page source to make sure that you use regular or SSL version.
