Approval email is sending two PDF

more issues with approvals!

created a new form, new approvals and when the final approval report comes through, it has 2 pdf attachments.

Could you please try to remove the email element, add it again, and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's happening.
