I recently updated a form I've been successfully using for many months on my wordpress site. For some reason, the form is now not showing when I view the site in Safari. I've tried firefox, and I can see it there. I have not tested in other browsers. The link and password to the page are as follows:

pass: bekind

Hi,
I checked your form in several different web browsers and I was able to see the form in all of them, including Safari:
The left side is FireFox, right side is Chrome and the middle is Safari. I did not have any trouble loading the form in any of them.
I would recommend clearing your browsers cache and history to see if that allows for the form to load properly. Also updating your browser to the newest version may allow for the form to show up.
If either of these solutions do not work, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
