Seem to be having server availability problems today

Is there an issue with server availability today? My forms seem to be unavailable on my websites although I can get in to edit them via the jotform website. Previewing them doesn't work - is there a problem with http://form.jotformeu.com/ ?

Same happened for a period yesterday afternoon.
