Are you referring to your Image field since you said it is showing without images? Or did you mean that the captcha is not working?
I've inspected your form and I see your Image, but also there is no captcha. If that's not what the problem is then please do explain more about your issue in-depth so we can understand you better.

This is the first screen I get when I try to access any jotform page. I've tried with 3 different ISP's and get the same issue. I don't want my customers to have to complete this form, before they complete mine. What is it for?

This is a security feature from CloudFlare. If you are using DHCP IP and the series of IP's has a bad reputation online then more likely you will be seeing this screen.
It filters IP to prevent our site from bots or any other threats online. This security layer is just to test whether the visitor is bot or a real person. Once you have completed this challenge your IP should be recognized and the next time you visit the site you will no longer see that screen.
