Transfer form/s from one account to another

Hi I am the owner of the JOTFORM account linked to Danielle@calwine.ca

Shin Kao from the California Wine Intitute asked to transfer the jot forms from this account into the California Wine Institute account. I formally authorize this transfer to:

account is under username “Sckao”, email skao@wineinstitute.org.
