Issue on submission of the file

Hi, we are having an issue with the submission of the file. We have checked our account and found that we still have a lot of storage. Do let us know what is the issue so we can submit the file. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and I can confirm that you have a lot of upload space storage. However, since you are using Uploadcare Widget, note that you are also subject to Uploadcare's account limits.  In this case, please check your account's upload limit with Uploadcare or it would be best if you can get in touch with their support to check your subscription. You may also consider using a File Upload field instead of the Upload Care widget.
