How to view total price for each size?

We just used a jot form for a clothing fundraiser that allowed them to choose mutiple quantities and sizes from a variety of designs. Is there a way to show the total of each design and selected size?

For example, of the 50th anniversary shirt can it break down the quantity ordered in each size like:

    Small: 10

    Medium: 24

    etc....

    Thanks

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that you would like the total amount for every specific size and quantity of your products. I need some time to look further into your form. I'll keep you posted once I have an update.

    Hello Tonya,

I'm sorry to keep you waiting. I understand that you would like the total amount for every specific size and quantity of your products. In order to achieve this, you need to add Special Pricing on every size of your form. Let me show you how.

    • First, click the product you would like to apply the Special Pricing. Click the gear icon twice to view the settings.
    • Under the Options tab, click the "Add a Product Option" and toggle on the Special Pricing per option.
    • Under the Populate Options from Presets, select T-shirt Size. From here, you can add pricing for every size of the shirt.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Can I do that even though the orders are already in?

    Hello Tonya,

Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm, in your Jotform tables, you want to view the total of each design and selected size? If so, unfortunately, this is not possible as all the respondent's orders are received as one field of submission. So I created a ticket and escalated this as a feature request to our Developer team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, you might want to check these workarounds suggested by my colleagues:

If, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please do not hesitate to let us know and give us more details about your requirements.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
