On our form where we have the spot to enter your text, this did not appear on the email that was sent to us. The information was on the jot form inbox though. Is there a way to remedy this?

Congratulation on getting your first order! To confirm, you would like your email notifications to include the contents of the text box on your form.
After reviewing your notifications email, the text box field was not added to the notification email, that is why it was not included in the email that you received.
To add it to your notification email. Go to "My Forms" and select your form and select "Edit Form"
Once in the form builder, select "Email Alerts" and click on the notification that you have already set up.
Place your cursor where you would like the content of the text box to show up in the email and click on the name of the text box field (Holiday Text, 2...). Then click "Finished"
