The submit button on the second page does not work

    When I click the next button and continue to add items to my list and click on the "submit" button, the button does not work.  If I click on the "back" button, the submit button on the first page works.

     

    Can you help me figure out why the button on the second page does not work?

    Hi miskiswap,

     

    I tried cloning your form and I understand that the "submit" button on page 2 is not working. You need to delete the JotForm image from the editor. Please check the screenshot below.

    THANK YOU!!!  Not sure how the "JotForm" image got there, but that did the trick.
