Account debited for the Enrollment

    I had my child enrolled and received an email that told me the site was having problems or is no longer available. The money has already come out of my account but I have no confirmation of his enrollment.

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems you are referring to a form that you filled out and submitted. If you are not quite familiar with Jotform yet, Jotform is used to create online forms. We have a lot of users using Jotform to create order forms, survey forms, quiz forms, and more. You need to contact the owner of the form, and they will be able to help you with this.

    Unfortunately, we can't help you much on this as we don't know which form your child filled for the enrollment. I suggest you to reply to the same email thread you received after filling up the form to get more details about the enrollment. Regarding charge on your account, you can check with your bank to get more details about the charge.
