Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried accessing your account to check if I can access the edit settings for the form and was able to access the email and edit settings with no issue. If the issue still persists, and you have already tried on multiple device, can we ask for a short clip of what is happening on your end so we can forward it to our back end developers?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
