To confirm, you would like to remove the "via jotmails.com" from the email submissions or autoresponder?
It appears that it is a security feature of Gmail that cannot be removed. Gmail is ensuring that the recipient knows that, even though the email is coming from a particular sender, it is really originating from JotForm. Some email services won't show that information and some will.
The only way to prevent this from happening, is to have the emails sent directly from your server and not from JotForm. You would need to use the Post Submission Data feature and then set your Thank You page as your emailer. You would need a programmer to turn your Thank You page into an emailer for your site.
