You can set a limit on the amount of submissions that you would like to receive. However once that is set, it would disable to form and no further submissions can be made.
If you would like to set a form limit, you would go to "Setup and Embed" and "Preferences"
You would then set your desired limit and the message your user gets when accessing the form after the limit has been reached.
There is another work around that you can use. This would involve using our Unique ID widget and our conditions.
You can customize how you would like the ID number to look. This will be hidden, so your users will not see it.
Once that is done you would create a condition to determine what "Thank You" page is displayed.
1. Go to "Setup and Embed"
2. Select "Condition"
3. Select "Change Thank You Page Message" option and click next
4. Set Your Condition
Every time a form is submitted, it will generate a Unique ID and it will be sequential. So if your limit is 45, when the 46th form is submitted, that message will be displayed.
I hope this helps. Please inform us if you need additional assistance.
