I have certain forms embedded on my website # www.astrologyforprotection.com but I'm figuring out an unconditional downtime towards all the forms.

As on April 2014, I used to get an average of 4 to 5 inquiries a day but very surprisingly these traffic has fallen down to zero.

Please have a check and revert on the subject matter. I'm attaching the record of my visitor for your reference. The figures shows, an average of 60 to 100 unique visitors everyday on the said web page.

    Hi,

Upon checking your account, all your forms seems to be working fine. The traffic of your website may depend on different factors, like it's ranking on web results, user's search query, the keywords use to pertain to your pages, etc...

The forms act only as part of the webpage and as a means of data gathering.

    Thank you.

Also, if I may add, we have a couple of widgets that analyzes your form visitors. Here are some of the widgets that allows you to add this functionality to your form.

    Google Analytics

    Zuko (Formisimo)

    Yandex Metrica

To use these widgets you have to create an account with ZukoYandex and Google then just simply add your account ID to track your form's performance.

Let us know if this helps.

    Thank you.
