Free account limits: 10 SSL submissions limit

We have set up a couple forms on your website and thought we could have 100 submissions per month free of charge; however, once we put the form out for input, we received notice that it was disabled after 10 SSL submissions.  What is the difference between 100 SUBMISSIONS and 10 SSL submissions.

    Hi Gary.

If you are using your jotform with the secure link then your submissions are using SSL submissions. You can use the 100 submissions, but they can not be made over a secured form ie they are not over https://.

    For example:

    http://non-secured-link.com

    https://secure.secure-link.com

Every time you submit over the link such as the first one you will be using the regular submissions ie the ones limited at 100. On the other hand every time you use the secured links such as the second example, you are using SSL submissions which are limited to 10 SSL for free accounts.

You can see these limits here http://www.jotform.com/pricing

Now just to note the premium accounts have a combined limit of 1000 submissions of any kind per one month.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
