    Hello,

I am again having issues with the form I built and attached below. The problem that I recently complained about is back. I built the AOB Florida Package and have inserted the appropriate page breaks and where they need to be within the form builder. When it converts to a PDF the pages are not in the appropriate places. I have to go into Adobe Acrobat and organize the pages to fix this issue. I should not have to do this and need this fixed ASAP. Now that I am trying to fix the issue and send screenshots I have my whole paragraph that is in 18 point font completely gone from the form. Hello JtsTreeCrane,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with your form. If I understood this correctly, are you trying to create a PDF Document for your specific form? If so, unfortunately, there are some designs that restrict the PDF Editor which sometimes doesn't match the Form Builder.

Because of this, we need to manually customize the Document on your PDF Editor to achieve your desired result. Note that if there's a specific field that's included on the Form Builder but not showing on the PDF Editor. You can easily add them by going to the Form Fields of your + Element Button.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

I shouldn’t have to manually customize a document I use multiple times a day. What is the point of the form builder if it doesn’t work properly? This needs to be escalated to the developer team if you can’t solve my issue. My company pays for your system to work properly, not to create more work on our end.

And your solution isn’t even possible because in the form fields it is in the correct place, but not appearing correct in PDF view.1665176031 634091df800e1 0C7240E7 68DA 4 Screenshot 10

    Hello JtsTreeCrane,

Thanks for getting back to us and for the additional information. I understand how upsetting this is and rest assured that we'll do our best to help you. If the form fields on your PDF Document appear to be out of order. Creating a New Document usually fixes the issue.

However, I understand that the document still doesn't match the exact same format the way you created it on Form Builder. For this, I've created a feature enhancement for our Developer team. I can't provide the exact timeframe for when this will be updated but rest assured that we'll circle back on this thread as soon as we have an update.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
