math calculations and conditions no longer working

Hi,

I set up a couple of forms to allow people to register and pay for trips to NYC -- and they worked great for a couple of weeks.

Today, however, it was pointed out that they are no longer doing the math to charge the appropriate amount for the number of attendees. This info is used to charge them via PayPal. 

And, the conditions were not working either. Based on radio boxes of how they wish to pay (PayPal, check, phone), the details should appear with directions or a link to PayPal. Now all three choices show.

After a half hour of reworking the fields and having no luck, I started this support form. When I went to add the page URL, it now seems to be working.

Any idea what happened?

Unfortunately there was a bug with conditional logic which has now been fixed.I checked your form and the calculations and conditions now seem to be working. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.
