    Hello,

I am planning to send an invitation for an event via mailchimp.

On this invitation, there will be a Register button. This register button will be linked to a jotform form where invitees can confirm their registration.

I would like the form to be prepolulated with the info (full name, e-mail, company) so that people do not have to fill in the info but just have to click again on Register. Obviousy if the info are wrong, theiy should be able to modify them.

Can you please help me with this? How can I link my database with the form?

    Thanks for your support,

    Cindy

    Hi Cindy,

You can use Merge Tags from Mailchimp for the prepopulation and Link your form to the Register button. I think that's possible.

For example, if this is your registration form link: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/42806576155359.

    The populated URL will be:

    http://www.jotformeu.com/form/42806576155359?fullName4[first]=*|FNAME|*&fullName4[last]=*|LNAME|*&email9=*|EMAIL|*&company=*|MERGE0|*

*|MERGE0|* is the merge field tag for the company. This should be different based on your merge tags settings - so please change it to yours.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you!
