Suddenly a form I've been using on a client website has stopped working properly. I am enclosing the url for the page where the form is. The problem is when clicking on the date picker, the monthly calendar is cut off whereas before it always worked fine.

Hi Mike,
What browser are you having that problem?
The calendar isn't cut on my Chrome browser as well as on Firefox browser.
Please try to clear your browser's cache and cookies and check it again. If the issue persists, let us know here.

I tried it on Safari - OS X Mavericks and it's fine as well.
Are you perhaps referring to the 3rd date widget field which cuts when the other two dates are opened? If that's the case, then simply increase the HTML Snippet where you have placed your form embed code on your iWeb builder. Just drag its holder to increase its length so there will be more space allowance under the form. This might help prevent the form cut off.
