I am creating a form with multiple choice answers. Which is the better way to set this up?

    Hi,

Multi-page form is using Page Break field while Collapse form is using our Form Collapse field. Both fields are under Survey Tools:

Both are good for fields with multiple options, but I would suggest using Page Break :)

    Thank you!

Thank you for your response. Can you expand on your answer to tell me why Page Break Field is better....just trying to understand how to make decision in JotForm/

I think my colleague did not mean to establish  that one is better than the other, may be  he prefers the way you can interact with a form using Page Break. Please load this two forms examples:

    1)With Form Collapse:

    2) With Page Break:

So, you can use the one of your preference in your form, you may clone those forms in your account if you want to: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL, hope this helps you, let us know if you have more questions.

I will review this in the morning. Do you have a phone number to call? I would much rather have direct conversation rather than email exchange. And is there a book out there? I find it cumbersome to sort through email FAQs, although I am appreciative of your responses today.

    Thank you,

    Carolyn
