ChrisHaiskeyReplied on October 22, 2014 at 1:51 PMHi,
I have it figured out.
I do have a new question. When filling out the form, if someone hits the enter key, unfortunately, it does not allow someone to complete the form. Is there an entry when building the form so this does not happen?
Thank you
Chris

I understand that users were not able to submit your JotForm while pressing Enter key. Please let me know if I misunderstood your query.
Generally, a form is submitted when we click or press Enter key while Submit button is focussed on the form. The normal submit button when not is focus is displayed as below
When the submit is focussed, you can see a highlighted border around the button
While the cursor is focussed on other fields, it may be possible to submit the form using Enter key. But, when there are required fields on the form may display an error and transfer the focus to that erroneous field.
If there are zero required fields on the form, there is a chance of receiving empty submissions also.
Hope this information helps. Please let us know if you meant to ask something different. We will be happy to help.
Thank you.

ChrisHaiskeyReplied on October 22, 2014 at 4:01 PMWhen tabbing through the form, i.e. name, address, phone, etc., if I hit the enter key instead of the tab button, it submits an incomplete form. What do I need to do when building the form to make sure this cannot happen?

Thanks so much for your help.

As explained by Shadae, you can have the fields in required state or you can also have one field as required. Having only one required field on your JotForm there is a chance of receiving blankbsubmissions except for required field.
Hope this information helps. Please let us know if you have any questions. We will be happy to help.
