Sizing and aligning my form on Wordpress

I've created a jotform that looks fine when it's in the jotform platform yet when I import it to my wordpress site, the right hand side of the form is cut off.  I've tried different form widths and none seem to be right.  I'm clearly missing something significant in the creation or uploading of the form - just don't know what that is.
