Date and Time not showing up in submitted form information

    Good afternoon I hope you can assist.

    I have created a couple of forms and used the Date and Time from the Quick Tools within my forms..  which works well in browser,  but the received data in my email the information for Date/Time is left blank ?

    Upon checking the provided link, I see that the embedded form has been deleted.

    I also checked our mail logs and I see that dates are being included on the notification of your "Demonstration Booking Form"

    Were you able to fix the issue by yourself?

    Hi, in the end the only fix was to start again with the form..  I did a clone copy, I removed and added the date & time again etc tried just about everything apart from copying the source code..   so deleted the dodgy save...   apologies but thanks for getting back to me..
