Why are we not being forwarded ALL of the submissions?

    We just recently noticed that we are no longer being forwarded all of the submissions that we have. We are being forwarded some, but not all, of the submissions. Our business relies heavily on receiving the submissions that customers are filling out. We would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

    Upon checking your account, I see that the emails are going out from our servers but the delivery is failing.

    Please check that your notifiers have configured the Sender Name and Sender E-mail

    Also, I suggest that you ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses to avoid that any notification gets blocked.
