Forms não funcionam - forms are disabled

    Olá, todos os formulários que criei não estão aparecendo nos sites, porque ?

    Hi,

    I have found that your forms were mistakenly auto suspended by the phishing filter.

    I have corrected the mistake and have now reinstated the forms.

    You can now see in your website that the forms is now available.
