If you would like for certain widgets to only show when a specific radio button is selected, you would need to use our Show/Hide condition.
You would set up the conditions for when a specific option radio option is selected. I am seeing that you have created a condition for "Local Move"
Any other option that you would like to show different options, the conditions would need to be set for them as well.
I hope this helps. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

You can achieve that by using conditional statement Show/Hide action
Refer to this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
Set a pre-selected option so that the condition rules will be able to determine when to Show/Hide gets triggered.
Please tell us if you need further assistance.

ok a couple of things have come up recently.
one is that the text input for the captcha on the second step of my form is not displaying the inputted text because the colour is set to white, how to change this to black? See pic link below to see what i mean (i have highlighted the text so u can actually see it)
Edit: Fixed the email part.
