How to create multiple fields to be shown only if required

I need to create a form that may require  the same information from 1 or more people. Is it possible to have a field like add another person (yes/no) then the fields will drop down for filling if answer is yes?

Yes with a little workaround, it is possible to achieve your requirement. There are 2 possible options available:

1. You can use "Configurable List" widget where users can add rows to input the data any number of time. 

2. Another option is to duplicate the fields you have in your form and then add conditions to show hide based on answer if users want to add another person.
