Why are my forms disabled?

    I received an email saying my forms have been disabled because I have reached the limits of my account.  I have not received 100 submissions this month so I do not understand how this conclusion has been reached.  I have not even received 100 submissions total since I have been using JotForm.  Please advise.

    Hi raacomm,

    Your forms have been disabled due to you being over the limit for SSL submissions.

    The SSL submission limit for our free plan is 10 and you currently have 12 SSL submissions. Your forms are disabled once you hit any of the account limits (General Submissions, SSL submissions, Payment Submissions or Upload Limit).

    Your submission limit will reset on the 1st of the month and your forms will be enabled at that time.
