We use JotForm for registration. We use the reports to account for teams and individual registrations we need the product to work properly and provide reports. This is a a first error occurrence for us , otherwise, we like the product.

Could you please give us a bit more detail into the actual issue? I took a look at your account and I do not see any jotforms there so I can only presume that you are having some issue with the jotform not associated with this account?

Yes, the forms are shared w/me . We use JotForm for our registration.

OK, if I understood you correctly you were given the link to jotform to register, but you are having issues doing that?
Can you please give us the URL of the jotform?

I believe it's my software. My system updated yesterday and I didn't connect the two when I was getting these error's but Craig sent me a doc and I could not open it to excel either so its has to be me.
