Good morning. I would like know how to change my billing card info. I need to change cards asap. Need to know the plan that I have and what offered as well as what I had previously.

Upon checking your account, I see that you asked for a change to your username to TandaCanion on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/446767
Please note that this account is currently using the FREE plan, so there's no credit card associated with it.
If you want to upgrade your plan, please login to your account: TandaCanion, look for the man-looking icon, click it and click on the Account link.
Then click on the Upgrade icon on the left and select the plan that you want to upgrade to.

It looks like you're still logged into the account with your old username. Can you please log out and then log back in as the new user? Using this account prevents our staff from being able to look into issues since your info is associated with the new name.
