How can i choose more than one option in a form

    Hi,

    For what field from your form? Please let us know! Checkbox field allows you to select multiple options, Radio Button field allows you to select single option only, same with Dropdown.

    And, is this the correct form: http://www.jotform.com/43019460485152 ?
