Can you add a plugin to your forms that will set an automatic deadline

Asked by maldronmarketing on October 31, 2014 at 05:56 AM

    Dear Sir/Madam

We are looking to use your platform for our business. We are a hotel group and manage all the content changes for our Hotels. What we are looking to do is set up a form for each Hotel that will allow them to submit there content requests.

We are hoping to use a management software tool that will allow us to manage these requests when they are submitted and I was wondering when a task is submitted we would have an automated deadline of 5 working days. Is this something that your software can accommodate?

    Kind Regards

    Anna Marie

    Hi Anna Marie,

I was wondering when a task is submitted we would have an automated deadline of 5 working days. Is this something that your software can accommodate?

Could you please explain this part in more details? Do you need to limit jotforms or submissions? Also in what sense is the automated deadline foreseen as?

JotForm is a great tool to create your jotforms for people to fill out and submit, it is not a hotel management software so I presume that you would like to connect the jotforms submission to your existing system that would have some automated deadline to execute?

    Best Regards,
    Ben
