Form over quota

Hi,

Yes, your account is suspended because of the number of SSL submissions made (which is 14) while on your plan it is only allowed to have 10 SSL submissions.

Tomorrow our system is resetting the count so it will reset yours as well and remove the over quota limits.

Before you reach the quota you are sent an email notification stating that the limit is about to be reached. If you do not want to go over the limit I would suggest to either use non-secure link for submission (regular submissions) or upgrade to some other plan ( http://www.jotform.com/pricing ).
