Would like to copy this form's replies set-up to other forms

    This form works exactly as I want it to, but I'm unable to replicate it in my other forms. In the others I don't get the 'From E-mail' field. 

    Would be really grateful for help with this.

    Sorry - answered my own question. I have Mandrill set up for this form but not the others! That's make the difference, I think.
