widget for adding services

I like to use a widget or a way to add services, each having its own price. So the total is displayed.

Kinda like a check list with prices.

I know the paypal feature does that but I only want to get the total cost and the items the user selects reported back to me via the form.

You can use the Check box control to create the list of your items

Then you need to configure the items list and add the Calculation Values (which will be used to calculate the total price)

Then you can add the Form Calculation widget to calculate the total price for the selected items.
