    Hi,

    I have a form that I want to add a PDF file into (just as if I was inserting an image). Is this possible? I read this http://www.jotform.com/help/153-How-to-Display-a-PDF-Document-On-Your-Form and followed the instructions. But it's not working. What am I missing?

    Hi,

    The method described in the user guide  is a bit obsolete now.

    What I suggest you instead use is the new PDF Embedder Widget to accomplish the same feature as described on the user guide.

    Check the widget here http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/pdf_embedder

    Just add the PDF Embedded Widget in your form from Widgets group and follow the configuration wizard.

    Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Also, will the person viewing the survey be allowed to print the PDF?

    @consoldane,

    I opened a separate thread for you since this is an old one, and we will attend it here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1104492

    Thank you!
