Payment Method Conflict

    I'm using a template that apparently has a payment method.  How do I find out what the payment method is... or change it?

    Hi Terry,

    I am not able to find this jotform, it seems to have been disabled by you. Please let us know once it is possible to access it again and we will be happy to take a look at it.

    Also if you can tell us which template you have used so that we can check it out as well if it has any issues with the setup.
