One column of information being missed off my integrated Google Spreadsheet

    Why is a column of information being missed off my spreadsheet in Google Drive?

    Up until a few months ago my Jotform was intergrated with my Google Drive spreadsheet. However a few months ago there were some glitches and now the information from the form always comes through to the spreadsheet with a column of info missing (first name). How do I fix this?

    I was not able to reproduce the Google Spreadsheet integration issue on a cloned version of your form.

    Please redo the Google Spreadsheet Integration to see if that helps. Note that you will get a brand new spreadsheet with all the current form submissions upon re-integration.
