Reset email account

    We are trialing Jotform Silver at my school to help manage our Event Bookings. I used my school email account (apauly@pacificcoast.nsw.edu.au) to play with draft forms and workflows/approvals. We have now got the forms to a point we are happy with and will work for our needs. If this process works well, we will look to the corporate account for all our form needs in future years.

    After being happy with the form/workflow, I changed the registered email to accounts@pacificcoast.nsw.edu.au ... I have now gone to create a new account on my apauly@pacificcoast.nsw.edu.au email account, but as I have used it in the past, it won't let me use it again.

    As my email is in the workflow of the accounts@pacific...... form that has been created, I need to set up a whole new account with the apauly@pacificc..... email account.

    Are you able to delete/reset the email apauly@pacificcoast.nsw.edu.au so that I can recreate another account? Thank you

    Hi hoss372,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try removing the email address you wish to change to? Then add it again and resend the email verification. Here is how you can do that:

    1. On your dashboard, hover your avatar and go to Settings.
    2. Click on Account at the left panel.
    3. Hit edit and click on Cancel.
    4. Add again your email that you wish to change to.
