Hi,
into our credit card statement we've seen the monthly renewal of jotform plan. We are not interested yet in keeping the plan fs jotform 877-3278914, we need only the free version.
Please give us a feedback asap on a.zanaboni@itsoftware.it.

Hello Alice,
Upon checking your account, I found that you have successfully cancelled your subscription. You will not be billed again but your account will stay premium until November 18, 2014 for the time you have already paid. After this date your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
