I have not been able to log on for all of November and have 6 numbers to add to my total which i want to spend at Christmas Saying you dont understand the question must mean you have problems!!!

There is no reason to attack my colleague and I would like to ask you to refrain from any further actions such as above especially since all he did is ask you to give us more details.
The reason why he asked if you (I see that the emails are different, but presume that it is the same person) can explain more is because your question only states:
"Why can't I log in to mailonline rewards club?"
This is not mailonline nor mailonline rewards club. This is JotForm support forum.
