    Hi, I noticed from your website that provides free JotForm also a secondary account.


    I registered about 1 year ago to create 2 accounts, but unfortunately the second account, a few days ago, it was stuck.


    I wish I had kindly expound on and ask if you can reactivate my second account.

    Account 1: Robespierre;

    Account 2: Robespierre14.

    Hi Robespierre14,

    After reviewing your account, I am seeing that it was auto-suspended due to this form "TOTOFANTACALCIO PREMIER LEAGUE" it has a field that request a "password"

    That was picked up back our anti-phishing detector. We will be able to activate your account, however the field will need to be removed or renamed, to ensure that your account is not suspended again.

    Will you be making the change to the form once the account is activated?

    Ok I will remove the password field just be able to get into my account, or you can do it if you want.

    Hi Robespierre,

    I have reactivated your account. You should now be able to log in successfully.

    Please remember to make the adjustment to your form to avoid it from being suspended once again.

    You can edit the form label and use words like Code/Key instead of password.
