Also, I have configured Jotform so that it sends out an email notification whenever we receive an application but i have not been receiving that email. Can you check into this as well

I checked and you have a custom sender email. This email is not in our bounce list.
The email notifications are failing when sent to or from this email address. I created a clone of the form and added a noreply@jotform.com to the sender. The email notification was sent:
Are you receiving other emails in this info@**********.com address?
If so you may try adding again the custom sender address again to see if it solves.
Let us know if the problem persists.
