I'm using a jotform on my desktop. Below is a picture of what's happening. Whatever I type into the box gets duplicated. Please help.

Thanks for the response. I am using the Patient Update form on my desktop. The form opens with empty fields highlighted. When I input data into the three large text fields, each sentence gets duplicated in a larger and different font.
I don't use Adobe Reader. I am using Acrobat XI Pro.
If this is some major problem, I can use the form online; however, it requires a password. I will change the password after we resolve this, but for now, if you'd like to use the online version to test it, the password is Serenity24

Hello Jack,
I did check your form with its direct URL and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. Your form seems to work as expected and does not duplicate the entry. Please check the screenshot below:
The issue could be related to the desktop version of your form. Is it possible for you to upload your form to some location were we can check it online?
For now, I would suggest you to continue to use the online version of form: http://www.jotform.us/form/43108723145146
Thank you!
