I see this has been a problem that has been asked a lot, but the pages either never load (constantly signing in & out), or it's the same answer every time. I know how to change the email address by going to Account, then under Profile, clicking "Edit" for the Email section.
Previously, the email address was my supervisor's, but I changed it to mine since I am usually the one using JotForm. I made the change yesterday, but it seems that my supervisor is still receiving forum post notifications. This was confirmed almost an hour ago when I replied on a previous thread I started, and he got the email saying there's a new response on the thread.
I doubled-checked the account settings, and it still shows my email address: eric@****.com, yet the forum notifications are still being sent to kevin@****.com.
Please let me know how to remedy this. Thanks!

You are right, the support forum emails are supposed to be sent to the account email address. The current account email address is eric@****.com.
Have you received this update to the correct email address now?
