Do you have any solutions that would include browser info for a submitter

we provide customer support for our clients, and often need to find out what browser version, IP address, etc, etc they are using, so that we can better diagnose their issue.

I was wondering if jotform has any way to capture and pass on the submitter's info. basically, the same type of info that is obtained with something like http://www.whatismybrowser.com/

we would like to add that functionality to this jotform we use:
