we provide customer support for our clients, and often need to find out what browser version, IP address, etc, etc they are using, so that we can better diagnose their issue.
I was wondering if jotform has any way to capture and pass on the submitter's info. basically, the same type of info that is obtained with something like http://www.whatismybrowser.com/we would like to add that functionality to this jotform we use:
http://help.stoysnet.com/ticket-support/ticket-support.html
thank you for any assistance you might have... I really like your service!
