How do I send this form to someone through email?

Please be noted that most of the email clients have very limited support for HTML & Scripts codes. 

I would suggest you to grab your form's direct URL and then send it through an email. Here are the steps to get your form's direct URL:

1. Load your form in editor.

2. Click on the "Setup & Embed" tab.

3. Click on "Embed Form" and copy the form's direct URL. Please check the screenshot below:
